Pancakes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (about 30 grams) 38Nutrition protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Coconut oil or other oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:

    • Mash the banana in a bowl.
    • Add eggs, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Heat Pan:

    • Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  3. Cook Pancakes:

    • Pour small amounts of batter into the pan.
    • Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
